Financial Disclosure
On or before May 15 of every year, all Assessor's and any other municipal officer or employee engaged in the assessment of real property for the purpose of taxation, and any municipal officer or employee assigned professional appraisal duties which relate to the assessment of real property for the purpose of taxation, must file a financial disclosure form with your municipal corporation’s board of ethics or conflicts of interest board. If no such board exists, the Statement shall be filed with the County Clerk where your municipal corporation is located.
