This One Day Seminar is designed to assist Assessors and Appraisers in identifying the components in the valuation of Restaurant type properties.  Areas to be discussed are: value in use, market value, value as a going concern or business and leased fee value.  Also the Three Approaches to Value and each approaches relevance will be discussed.  A case study will be used to allow the participants a better understanding of the appraisal process.  Attendees are expected to bring a calculator.
